SHIPMENT

You can get your jewellery delivered to any part of the world. The cost for the shipment will be calculated once you do the check-out depending on your location. The shipment will be with a Track & Trace service so you can follow it up until its arrival.

Please remember that your jewellery will be made specially for you once you place your order. This means it will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the day of your buy. You will receive an email once the pieces have been shipped and are on their way to you.

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for earrings.

When you order a ring and you select the style, the finish and the size that suits you, the ring will be custom made specially for you and it will be a one-of-a-kind piece. Love, nena jewellery believes in producing pieces only when there is an order, to avoid overstock and to use materials and resources responsibly. For that reason we do not accept returns on rings.
